It’s easy to get started. The first step is to decide what features your website will need by going to the Web Design page. Once you choose which services fit your needs, you can fill out a quote form.

How soon will my website be completed?
Depending on our workload, websites for individuals can often been completed within one to two weeks of ordering. Larger, or more complex sites are always completed within one to two months. You will be notified upon submitting your order form of your estimated completion date.
What if I am unsure about what I want on my website?
No worries! We can help you to create a stunning website. Just let us know on the order form that you’re not quite sure, and we will work with you to make sure your website comes together in a way you like.
Is hosting free? What is the monthly fee?
The first year of hosting is completely free. After the first year, the fee is $20/month for most sites.
Are there any hidden costs or fees?
There are no hidden fees. After the first year of free hosting, there is a monthly hosting fee. This keeps your domain name registered and your website online. We do not charge this fee automatically, so you will be notified when it comes time to renew your site. Other than that, the only fees you will ever have to pay is in the event that you would like your site to be updated/changed/restyled.
How secure is my payment through WebWire?
WebWire uses PayPal secure payment.
Do the listed prices of your services include tax?
Yes, the prices already include tax.
What is the typical response time to technical questions/concerns?

WebWire built my website for my business 1 year ago, but now I am offering different services/prices. How can I update my websites information?
You can easily make changes/updates to your website by filling out the Edit My Website form. Any changes made during the first 10 days of purchasing your site will be free, after the 10 days is $24. Changes will be made live within 7 days.
Why is there a fee to make changes/edits to my website?
At WebWire we don’t charge any monthly fees. With any other web design company you will have to pay a monthly webmaster fee between $19.99-$39.99/month on top of hosting fee’s. This works out to an average $360/year! But did you know that after your website is built, it requires no extra work and therefore your money is going down the drain? Why should you have to pay a monthly fee even for the months where your website requires no extra work? Rather than charging you a meaningless monthly fee, we only charge you when you need to make changes.
Can I make changes to the website myself?
When filling out a quote form let us know if what kind of changes you need to make and how often.
Will my website show up on Google, Yahoo, MSN, or other search engines?
Yes, your website will be listed in the search engines. If you’d like to get even better search engine rankings, you can check out our Search Engine Optimization packages. Also, you have the option to exclude your website from the search engines in the event that you want to block it from the search results.
Can I register a new domain name with WebWire, or do I need to purchase one separately?
You can easily register a domain name with us at the same time you order your website. There is no extra fee for registering a domain.
If I already have a domain name, can I transfer it to WebWire?
Yes, just let us know in the order form.
I want to change or add a domain name. Can this be done?
Yes. If you’ve already created your website and it has been over 10 days since your purchase, changing/adding a domain name will cost an extra $24.99. We encourage all of our clients to carefully choose their domain name!
What if I don’t like my finished website?
If you don’t like your website you may submit any changes/edits you would like to see changed by using the Edit My Website form. These edits are free of charge within the first 10 days of purchase. If you still don’t like your website after your website has been changed/edited, you may contact us for a full refund.
